The Sustainable City

Hail University

Hail University is a new building will be for the faculty of medicine, in Hail, Saudi Arabia. It is part of the Ministry of high education, it is the latest in a series of university projects in the kingdom.

The estimated value of the contract is SR500m ($136m).

Jazan General Hospital project done by Ministry of health the project consists of eleven buildings and maximum height is 38 m. the project site area is 366,944 m², with total built up area of 138,014 m². The Construction Cost 700 Million SAR.

Jizan Housing Project

The new Ministry of housing project include the King Abdullah District in Jizan City, which is located 23 kilometers from the airport and 15 km distance from Jizan University on a land of more than 4 million square meters. The project includes a housing complex with integrated services and facilities that provides 4170 residential villas, with various areas and designs.

Duqm Refinery Project

The Duqm Refinery project, a 50/50 joint venture between Oman Oil Company and Kuwait Petroleum International is being established in the special economic zone of Duqm. It is a project that would synergize the area of Duqm and make it a viable and strategic energy hub in the region with the refinery Capacity of 230,000 BPD.

Chemicals and Refining Integrated Singapore

The Singapore Refinery is a world-scale refining complex across two sites – one on the mainland (Jurong) and another on Jurong Island (Pulau Ayer Chawan or PAC) together with the Singapore Chemical Plant, they form the largest integrated ExxonMobil manufacturing complex in the world.

Reliance Industries Limited – Jamnagar Refinery

The Jamnagar refinery which is a private sector crude oil refinery owned by Reliance Industries Limited in Jamnagar, India. The refinery was commissioned on 14 July 1999 with an installed capacity of 668,000 barrels per day (106,200 m3/d) later Increased to 1,240,000 barrels per day (197,000 m3/d). It is currently the largest refinery in the world.
