Environmental

MESC has always been conscious of the environmental impact of its operations and its commitment towards the environment which is evident from certification of our facilities to EMS/ISO14001 standards, a decade ago. We made considerable progress in reducing environmental impact through environmental objectives i.e. reduction in process /product scrap, reduction in energy consumption, reduction in water consumption, reduction in paper consumption(save trees), recycling thermoplastic materials/packing materials(to promote circular economy) etc.

Environmental

  • MESC has always been conscious of the environmental impact of its operations and its commitment towards the environment which is evident from the certification of our facilities to EMS/ISO14001 standards
  • Worker committee was formed under the guidance of Social National Committee(SNC) is actively working for addressing the concerns of employee well-being, fairness, and safe working conditions.
  • Various events like country’s national/founding day, company’s founding day, sports events, festivals celebration are celebrated with the employees.
  • Apart from medical insurance for each employee, medical camps are organized periodically for employees health check up.
  • The company provide L&D platforms for enhancing the employees skill in order to contribute for achieving the sustainable business.
  • The company focus to support country’s vision 2030 for empowerment of women by providing employment opportunity as well as for People with Disabilities
  • The company focus to support to develop a skilled workforce and diversify the economy under vision 2030(industry-Specific Training) through vocational training for the students in collaboration with universities/institutions by ensuring that students acquire relevant, practical skills that are directly applicable in the workplace

  • The Company is absolutely committed to the principle of fair competition and, in particular, to the strict observance of antitrust law.
  • The company does not tolerate corruption, bribery or any form of unethical inducement or payment including any kind of facilitation payments
  • Documentation of key business processes are controlled & maintained to ensure that all transaction details relevant for accounting purposes are fully and correctly captured.
  • Digitization efforts across the entire operations are undertaken to help in improving process efficiency thereby contributing to reduction in environmental impact.
